How do I pay for my journey?

You can pay by credit/debit card or paypal by booking online or over the phone. We accept all major cards including American Express as payment. If you wish to pay by cash please make your booking via the phone and pay the driver on the day.

What will happen If I am late or unable to make my journey?

Our Terms & Conditions state that your driver must wait for you for up to 15 minutes free of charge at the pickup point. If you appear more than 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time, it is at the driver discretion if they will still take you, with any charges for this additional waiting time to be settled between you and the driver. If they decide not to take you after the first 15 minutes following the agreed pickup time, this will be like a late Cancellation whereby you will not be entitled to any refund if you have paid by card or, if you are paying by cash, your profile will be marked such that you may not be able to book with V V Link.

What About Extra Pick up or Drop off ?

You can request additional pickups or dropoffs when planning your journey by clicking the 'via' label on the homepage. Any extra charges for these stops will then be included in any quotes you receive on the results page.

Will I be Charged For Waiting Time?

Like other car firms, we charge if you keep the car waiting over a certain period of time. This recompenses both the driver and us for the delay. However, unlike other car firms, we pay if we keep you waiting, thanks to our unique Time is Money policy (account holders only). Can You arrange for Meet & Great ?

Meet & Greet Including Parking up to 60 minutes is charged at £15.00. Thereafter Executive is charged at £27.00 per hour / 45p per minute in half hour increments. Luxury is charged at £30.00 per hour / 50p per minute in half hour increments.•

Can Consume alcohol in side the cab?

No.We have the right (and delegates to its Chauffeurs the right) to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol, or any other substance which causes them to act in a manner which is deemed unreasonable.

Refund Policy

No show: If passenger books a private hire car with us and failed to meet the driver on pick up time, this will include home, hotel and other private address will be consider as No Show. This will include wrong date wrong time bookings. If a passenger books a pick up from an airport and fails to meet the driver in the arrival hall. This means that the driver will wait at the airport up to 2 hours from flight landing time and if the passenger fails to meet within this time limit or make contact to inform their status at the airport will be considered as a no show. No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport If the passenger missed a flight this information must be informed to us immediately so that we will notify the driver not to enter the airport for that pick up. If the journey was pre paid it will be refunded after deducting £10.00 for admin charges. However if the passenger wises to take a later flight we will provide the service at no extra cost. Cancellations: Cancellations must be notified to us 2 hours prior to the pick up time if your within London postcodes and You are required to inform us 4 hours prior if you from outer areas. Cancellations informed between 3 and 12 hours prior to pick up time means that a £5 cancellation charge will be incurred. Cancellation informed between 4 to 2 hours prior to the journey will incur 50% of the booking price. Cancellation not informed up to 2 hours before pick up time will incur 100% of the booking price
